ShinGino ::: Favorites If you go to the theater, before the previews, sometimes you'll see an ad for Halo 3 and it's all pre-rendered footage, and also last year, and ad for Gears in the theaters was pre-rendered as well. In the Bioshock TV commercial, half of the scenes shown are pre-rendered. ShinGino ::: Favorites Not that it will hurt the PS3 in anyway since Rockstar now has planned a couple of projects that will be exclusive to and will be able to run only on the PS3. Also, Madden 08 is being released for every console out there(PSP, PS2, PS3, GameCube, DS, 360, etc) but Micro$oft is paying millions to have their face all over it as if it were exclusive to them(every Madden commercial on TV, ads on streets, and other events). 07-08-18 17:56:32 __________________________________________________
ShinGino ::: Favorites Rockstar themselves said that the Xbox 360 was hindering GTA4's progress, so now they have to make environments and amount of content and detail less because 360's DVDs are too limiting as well as the console's abilities. They had originally planned more looking at the PS3's abilities and the fact the the PS3 discs can hold up to 50GB, but realized the 360 couldn't keep up with them. ShinGino ::: Favorites Only in the U.S. Everywhere else in the world(Europe, rest of Americas, Japan, etc) the other way around. In Japan, 360is getting price drops almost every 2 months because no one is buying them. Both PS3 and Wii outsell them by quiet a bit.
