GREAT POINT!! If you follow any of my videos or articles I always say cardio vascular work needs to be included not to control your body fat but first and foremost for the health of your cardio system!!!It's a must if your talking about being a healthy Natural bodybuilder Thanks for the comment!

He is correct if you do them with high weights.Doing them with light weights will not effect your rotator cuffs in a negative way!
