Nazeri is still good but used to be better 25 years ago. I think he does not take care of his voice that much. He has never been the Pavarotti of Iran. However, his master, Ostad Shajarian, is even better than Pavarotti since Pavarotti is a tenor vs Shajarian whose voice covers a wide vocal range.

"Pavarotti of Iran" is really to exaggerate!! I myself do not care for him or his voice, and to make a statement like that is really unfair towards the many really good singers Iran has and has had!
