cesar2333 ::: Favorites Nice sound on the cajones Laperu, but i hate all the lettering on the cajon. I think they would have looked nicer natural or stained, but all that black lettering on the instrument is not very appealing. Nice sound on them, obviously this are cajones compared to Meinls, they are just toys. 07-04-01 00:42:48 _____________________________________________________
crjo07 ::: Favorites The best sound of PERU. The "box" CAJON PERUANO is UNIQUE! 07-05-06 02:34:32 _____________________________________________________

andi285 ::: Favorites Hm...I find it nice as a reminiscence where these instruments originally came from. Soundwise I find them very good, too. 07-07-08 07:34:30 _____________________________________________________
JetBlueIce ::: Favorites As he said, the Cajon is a Peruvian instrument introducted in the 1970's to Paco de Lucia who then made it popular in Spanish Flamenco music. The Peruvian Cajon can be played in any type of music, but ofcourse, it's still a Peruvian Cajon. Better to call it what it is rather than make up new names for it. 07-08-05 02:44:08 _____________________________________________________
