Description: Consider the word, "game" ... What is a game and what is not a game? To this question, Wittgenstein makes another breakthrough. Family resemblance. This is overcoming of logical rigor, abandonment of metaphysical vagueness, and a triumphant win of common sense. 2bsirius ::: Favorites 2007-11-28 04:34:08 Very interesting video. I'm in the process of reviewing Wittgenstein's views on ethics. So many superficial philosophers think that because he called all ethical systems "nonsense", he advocated absolute moral licence or unrestrained ethical relativism That is NOT a valid perception of his intent... Another good video. Thanks! __________________________________________________ | |
