cholling ::: Favorites 2007-12-08 03:57:30 This is way too choppy sounding. Is it the playing or poor audio? Anyways, I'm movin' on... __________________________________________________
ZioStronzo ::: Favorites 2007-12-01 07:01:21 AMAZING! This interpretation is so lovely...intimate, delicate, simply beatiful. A lot of people play this piece very heavily. I don't like it played that way... You managed to keep a clear and delicate sound, without missing sounds or notes... That's absolutely not easy! Also because the piece itself is quite difficult to play, not as difficult as other pieces of Chopin, but still it's quite hard work. Congratulations! To me, your interpretation is simply PERFECT. __________________________________________________
lionelharrison ::: Favorites 2007-11-22 09:14:29 I could fill pages listing the many and varied felicities of your wonderful playing - take no notice of people who seem to think they know how Chopin would have 'interpreted' his own work, but just keep doing what you are doing. By the way, I'd really love to hear you playing Etincelles on a decent piano! __________________________________________________

mrcooncat ::: Favorites 2007-11-04 10:11:42 That was a really excellent rendition of Chopin's Waltz in E Flat Major, Op. 18. It's a personal favorite; brings tears to my eyes every time I hear it. Your performance was wonderful. I've been playing keyboard instruments since I was 6, and would give my left 'orb of manhood' to be able to play that song so well, and with such feeling. Thank you! __________________________________________________

conleymon ::: Favorites 2007-08-22 10:33:38 Ahh, thank you. I really does mean lot to recieve a comment like that. to know that someone got what I was trying to give. I'm trying to follow in the style of the golden age pianists. to capture that taste and grandeur, and effortless musical locution they all seemed to have mastered. This is the second piece I've played in which I think I captured a glimmer of that character. Thank you very much. __________________________________________________
qivory ::: Favorites 2007-08-22 07:20:04 Light, graceful, elegant, never harsh, excellent pacing, great waltz character, variety in color. Even though you chose a dryer pedaling approach to this piece, it worked well in your favor and gave a very nimble and graceful charm. I loved your performance!!! __________________________________________________
jlba3 ::: Favorites 2007-08-10 23:13:47 I think you're the best "undiscovered" talent here in YOUTUBE It was delicate, with the right color; amazing. __________________________________________________ |
