It is said that you need to have every single thing from battle maps and all the medals as well as wallpapers to be able to buy him for 8000... I don't know if it's true, I couldn't do the H. marinepower ::: Favorites  2007-04-02 07:17:33 Wow!!! this is an amazing glitch, and Ive found a huge glitch inside of this one. I beat the last level with the blank C0, which gives more than 100 exp, so he got to level 1. When this happened, you could pick him just like a normal C0 for anything, even versus, and he always has his super power, which is 5+ hp and 110% dmg. His tag is 0% with everyone though, so if u use it, all your units hit 0% __________________________________________________

Something is telling me that they were trying trying to make a Sturm-like final boss based on Andy and have him only have a SCOP, but instead made Von Bolt. I'm actually going to try this again!
