mimeNo9 ::: Favorites Unity for Iraq and all of Dar al-Islam! I don't understand what these fools think they'll accomplish with these foolish overtures toward "independence." It'll damage the Turks, the Arabs, the Persians and Kurds themselves. There is strength in unity and solidarity with your fellow brothers and sisters. The fact that these seekers of Kurdistani independence smuggle alcohol is just one tiny hint of their character. 07-06-06 02:02:33 _____________________________________________________
ozan18 ::: Favorites memeMo9 how about you just give up . coz ya know kurds will eventually become independent 07-06-07 21:40:45 _____________________________________________________
Smaug84 ::: Favorites While I understand how the Turks have treated the Kurds and label them "Mountain Turks" I truly and honestly believe that the Kurds would suffer beyond belief if they declared independence. The Turkish military will not stand for the creation of Kurdistan nor will the other neighbors like Iran, Syria, and perhaps even the Iraqi's themselves. So I hope the Kurds realize what they would pull all of their ethnicity into if they declare independence. 07-07-12 23:08:10 _____________________________________________________
Smaug84 ::: Favorites I honestly feel that its a mistake to ban alcohol. The reason I say that is because it caused the rise of various mafia's in the US and cemented their existence. Plus to pry into personal lives when it damages no one is a form of tyranny. A good example would be how would Muslims feel if American Christians told them how to live their lives? Also how would the growth of Islam have been if the Zoroastrianists decided to persecute Islam in Persia? cont. 07-07-12 23:19:59 _____________________________________________________
Smaug84 ::: Favorites cont. Nevertheless though it is your society and in the end I have no say in what you guys do with your lives. That is I pray the US does not invade Iran like it did with Iraq. In the end it will only cause more hatred against ordinary Americans who increasingly have no say so in what their government does anymore. If you don't believe me check to see if we elect Dennis Kucinich or Ron Paul. I can guarantee you that we won't. 07-07-12 23:20:50 _____________________________________________________
Zagrosi ::: Favorites Congratulations - not only are you totally clueless as to the problems and history of the Kurds, you are also about as naive as a 5 year old. Have you ever thought, why Kurds want independence? If our dear 'brothers', the Turks, Arabs and Persians, treated us like humans rather than slaves, we wouldn't be moaning would we? Ps Santa doesn't exist, same with the tooth fairy, sorry to ruin your day but I thought someone should address your naivety.
